Indie spotlight has been officially released. Other the next few weeks we hope to see lots of new reviews and pictures of the new line. Please let us know when and where you have gotten your IS figures from as some stores may get the second shipment due in a few weeks.

For now all I can say is congratulations and a big thank you to Geoff and everyone at Shocker Toys for making sure a great looking line of independent comic book characters.

About a week left till we have our preorderd smokey clear Maxx and SCUD in the post. unfortunately I was unable to go to either of the recent toy fairs but with the hugely positive feedback from those who have seen the toys at the conventions make me want to see just how cool they are. The Indie spotlight has been a very controversial toy line as it has been a long road for development but as the recent photos show it has been well worth the wait.

With a quick Google Blog search I have come accross a few blog posts on what people thought about the new toys.

More Toy Fair 09 Pictures

The retail figures were shown at toy fair for those lucky enough to be there on Monday, but for those who wornt we have found a few more galleries for you. These show the size comparison between Maxx and the rest of the Indie Spotlight and the back of the packaging. We also have pictures of Dethkolk and the Mallow line.

Big Bad Toy Store

Everyone’s favorite collectible retailer the Big Bad Toy Store has the first series of indie Spotlight up for preorder. They are also the only retailer to still have the SCUD statue available even though the preorder for the action figure has sold out.

I think for most of us the BBTS is the first stop for collectible toys but with SCUD being sold out I will keep an eye out for other stockists of Indie Spotlight, if you are one or know of a local store stocking Indie spotlight figures let us know.

NYCC Maxx and Scud even more pictures

Shocker toys has supplied the forum with some pictures of the clear Maxx and Scud packaged. Until now we thought they might come in boxes similar to the Scud statue but i for one am pleased with the packaging. the only problem is we will have to buy two of each to keep one packaged lol. Not long now till the release. ^_^
Please leave any comments, especially if you got to see the figures up close at the convention.

NYCC 09 Indie Spotlight Pictures

Thanks to http://www.actionfigureinsider.com we have some awesome pictures of the new NYCC exclusives. The exclusives are probably the coolest exclusives I have seen at a convention going off the time and cost to produce such a unique set of toys.

Both SCUD and Maxx are limited to only 250 of each and available from NYCC although if they have any left you may still be able to order a small number of them from the official website.
